Refund policy

We love our customers and want you to love your purchases without the stress of being stuck with an item you don't like. We understand the difficulties of shopping online and will ensure to provide top notch service so you will always be happy shopping with us!

Return Policy

Brouche will accept, for return or exchange, items that are purchased off our website within 14 days of receiving the product under the following conditions:

  • There are no visible signs of damage
  • All original packaging is intact
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them.
  • Any sign of damage may void the Brouche guarantee.

Item(s) cannot be returned or exchanged after 14 days of receiving the product.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

To complete your return, we may require a receipt or proof of purchase (order confirmation email) with your order number.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. The correct return address will be provided by our support team after your request is approved.

For all returns or exchanges please contact returns@brouche.com and provide them with your order number and reason for return or exchange. They will handle your request based on the rules stated in this page.

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items
  • Items returned without prior approval

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout, Brouche is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Cancellation

Once an order has been placed, it’s automatically sent to our warehouse for processing. Due to the high volume of orders our warehouse receives, we usually aren’t able to intercept the order-to-dispatch process. You may request to cancel your order any time before it has been shipped or sent into production. Once your order has been shipped it cannot be cancelled.

For customer‑initiated cancellations in these cases, a small processing fee may be deducted to cover non-refundable payment processing charges. This deduction may apply when the cancellation is not due to an error on our side, including but not limited to:

  • The order was placed accidentally or in error
  • You ordered the wrong item, quantity, variant, or shipping address.
  • You did not review your order details (such as product specifications, compatibility, or address) before checkout.

This deduction does not apply if the cancellation is due to an error on our side (for example, we are unable to fulfill the order, the product is out of stock, or there is a significant delay beyond the timeframe indicated at checkout).

Once an order has been shipped or sent into production, it can no longer be cancelled.

Exchanges (if applicable)

For all returns or exchanges please contact returns@brouche.com and provide them with your order number and reason for return or exchange. They will handle your request based on the rules stated in this page.

Return Shipping (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item to our company address.

If you are returning items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect the shipment, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Refunds (if applicable)

By completing a purchase on our website, you agree to contact us first to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider. Our support team will always work to find a fair solution.

Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected by our team.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item as well as the approval or rejection status of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

There is often some processing time between financial institutions before a refund is posted (between 2-3 days is normal). If you still have not received your refund after this time-frame, please send us an email at support@brouche.com and allow us the opportunity to investigate the matter further.

Gifts

Follow instructions above for returning online orders. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a digital gift certificate will be emailed to you.

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please submit a request with a high-quality image or video displaying the issue to our email team support@brouche.com

If you do not report the damage to us within this 48 hour period, we may not be able to honor your claim. We utilize the timestamp information from the tracking link and delivery confirmation from the carrier when reviewing damage or return requests.
